I'd rather add a post stating some basic grammar rules.. like.. no single word sentences.

First off, you used a one word sentence.

Secondly, are these mods even bein considered? Z!re, you may not have the power to do so, but Pete does

Finally... I love google. Please. Add. That. With a thing that says "Please search google before asking a question, for many have already been answered and these answers can be located by google" So yeah...

Since I can't do anything to phpBB, please take a look at this (moderators)
It's a list of mods for phpBB I think you may find interesting.

Disable Spambots mod for phpBB
Visual confirmation for guest posts, which lessens/eliminates spam. More secure and easier than the one above.
Limits guest posts only to specific boards (ex. QBasic Questions and Answers, etc.)
Disable Spambots from seeing user e-mail addresses
Nathan's best friend - Creates a link for an instant google search
Same as above, but for Yahoo!
