For a small look at some different browsers other than the big 6 (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Mozilla, Netscape, and Safari), check out this handy page: http://browsers.evolt.org/ - it's a little outdated though, but it has older versions of Mosiac, the browser Microsoft took and #%$@ed up really bad...

But yeah, these threads are somewhat silly. Who really cares what browser J. Random uses? (Unless you're the one that has to clean up the mess when something breaks... 
) If you're designing web pages, you can't ignore a major browser just because "it si teh sux" - and there's no way that every single non-standards-compliant browser user will switch to a better one. See also the Viewable with Any Browser campaign. Anyway, my old favorite is Opera, but I've been using Firefox for a while for no real reason.
