But you never put a h after a G anyway.

What you're ment to put before the G in this case is a N.

Ceol na nGael.

Now for ya.

And I've got 'Hate Them', which is almost a punk album it's so stripped down... recorded in 25 hours I beleive... It's what got me into Darkthrone in the firstplace...

I'm getting progressivly more in to Black Metal, the likes of Darkthrone/Burzum/Mayhem. I've got about 3 DarkThrone albums and I a BM compilation or too.
Darkthrone's "A Blaze In The Northern Sky" is probably their most aggressive and well-defined album. If you don't have that one, get it ASAP...it defines what early Norwegian black metal is all about. :) Other stuff in that vein you might want to check out are Emperor's "Anthems To The Welkin At Dusk" (also check out Ihsan's side project...I don't remember what it's called though), Dissection's "Storm Of The Light's Bane", and just about anything by Dark Funeral (hah, especially Blackmoon's take on "Satanic Blood", it's rather funny).
As far as powermetal goes I fork HATE IT. Especially DragonForce, and Anyone calling themselves Battle Metal. The idea that PLASTIC swords at gigs make them favourites among fans instead of gigs where REAL swords turn up sickens me. I hold very few things sacred, but my love of epic fantasy is the one I hold most dear, and this spinal tappification of it sends me into far right extreemism.
fork to that one.

I listen to a bit of metal, aka slipknot or anything else I come across, but I don't go looking for metal albums...

I'm getting progressivly more in to Black Metal, the likes of Darkthrone/Burzum/Mayhem. I've got about 3 DarkThrone albums and I a BM compilation or too.

But thats just a superficial thing, I don't actually listen to the music so I can't judge it, I just hate 80% of it's fans.

I'm listening to a bit of electronica aswell...

Yes, like:
Borinquen, la tierra del eden............
En mi viejo San Juan................

And many merengues. Actually the merengue originated in Dominican Republic, but Puerto Rico made them famous, like:
A mi me dicen el negrito del Batey.............
Yo tuve amores con Loreta, tuve amores.....

Yeah, and the Puerto Ricans are the only ones who know how to dance the merengue correctly, like:
A mi me gusta el merengue bien bailao, bailao de medio lao.....

Basame Mucho
Noche de Ronda
Quiereme Mucho
Quisiera Ser
Y (Y que hiciste del amor que me brindaste....)
Sabor A Mi
Historia de Un Amor
Cuando Tu Me Quieras
No Te Puedo Querer
etc.
sung by groups like Trio Los Panchos, Raul Shaw Moreno, Lucho Gatica, Juan Legido, among others.

I also like TANGOS, especially sung by Carlos Gardel, such as:
Mi Buenos Aires Querido
Mano A Mano
La Comparsita, etc.

All of these songs were written over 40 years ago, but have remained current in the musical tastes of most Spanish-speaking people throughout the world. An example are the tangos sung by Carlos Gardel, who died in 1935, yet his songs are as popular today as when he sung them.

The audience for Spanish and Latin American music is tremendous. In the 1970's, a crooner from Spain called Julio Iglesias, sold more records worldwide than The Beatles.

Being of Spanish descent, I was exposed to all the above types of music since childhood, and I still listen and enjoy it today. I like to sing them too.
