x% = INP(&H3FC) <These confuse me

Simply what is happening here is INP records the data at the address(&H3FC) and stores it in x%...

Besides, reading from the COM is a lot harder than it sounds...I originally tried to get this working with a PDA I had but got nothing working..

I'm trying to think of an idea for a tutorial...I was planning something along the lines of Sound/Music but cant get a grasp on anything...

I once believed there were secret screen modes...a long time ago..So I ran a program(with error trapping) in a for....next loop to see if there could possibly be a screen mode in 14-1000...I dont think I found anything
