Ha, ha, yes, it WAS a typo. The line was, c:\qb\qb.exe /AH/L, so, I changed it to, c:\qb\qb.exe /L, but this gives me the same error as originally... What;s next? Good idea, Ted, I tried it, butn no rsponse with BEEP! so, I used SOUND instead. This little program lets you hear it, at least on my VAIO, and for my ears, from 40 up to around 4000.
