What's the status on FreeBasic anyways? I've been trying to find that out on qbasicnews, but there's so much freebasic stuff scattered all over the forum I'm not sure where to go to know what's going on .

No kidding there Nekro...I noticed that change in more than just the cards too...The hard drives....my uncle's harddrive (less than 1 1/2 year old) just stopped on him...outlived itself so to speak. I have a good old 80 Mb drive here (27 years old that still works like new) I guess in a way we can't...

Well to me it doesn't look like a loose CPU effect....I would have guessed your video card most likely...loose ram chips don't cause a video problem unless something shorts something else....perhaps the CPU on your videocard itself (the big chip?) to know if it's that, just change that video card wi...
