You got some serious issues Mac.

FB saves your screen quite neatly into bitmaps using BSAVE and putting the ."bmp" extension to file to save. But yeah, you want QB?.because it?s fun.

Maybe FireFox still has issues with QBE.

When Pete comes back, why don't you take it up with him and stop antagonizing us FB users who don't hate QB, unlike a great deal of QB-only users who despise FB for irrational and childish reasons.

Of course FB can load BMP files. And other file formats too, but you need libraries for that. Look it up.

This is getting ridiculous. I don?t mind the postponed release dates, only if they are announced. Disappearing for weeks and not announcing that is rude.

I can't promise anything, but the compatibility with QB is growing with each new version of FB. So be sure to download the latest version of FB and compile with -lang QB.

Erm...why don't you just download Tile Studio ( http://tilestudio.sourceforge.net/ ) and whip up few tiles in it? How many tiles do you really need to test a tile-based engine. 1 in theory, but you can make few more for the appearance. Tile Studio has a great ability to import/export into BMP images...
