Does it exist a program for star navigation to plot position in sea?

fter a few searches, I haven't been able to find any software on Celestial Navigation of any kind. There is alot of reference however, it might be a very interesting project to create one

I'm assuming she would like to know if there's a QB/FB project that does celestian positioning.

Actually, I turn 12 and a half on November 4th, which is also my sister's birthday. (its her sweet 16... I can't wait to get the hot water and the shaving cream!)
