Tek's Tile Engine 3

I am curious if anybody has used "Tek's Tile Engine #3" File; TILEENG.bas
I downloaded it because i read a review on this website that said it wasn;t bad.
For some odd reason this "Tile Editor" does not want to work?
Keep getting "path not found"
chdir tile$dir ' goto tile directory
The program is supposed to make this directory but apparently didn't?
Any help would be appreciated, mean while i will tinker with it.
