OUT codes

A while back I remember seeing somethings on an angelfire FAQ page. I remember it had the OUT codes to turn on, turn off, reboot the computer, and how to disable/reenable the keyboard? does anyone have these OUT codes?

check though pete tutorials misscelaneous section.
it should have information on port calls.
