I have decided to start a magazine to fill the hole left by QBE.

Enter Back to Basic!

A magazine for any and all Basic and BASIC-like languages out there.

I want to have an issue out on August 1st.

That means I will set the deadline for July 28th.

ALL CONTENT IS WELCOME!

This is just great!

QBE is inactive since 2 years ago and it was one of the few things left keeping the community alive.

I wish I had time to write something.
I will think of something though.
I surely want to contribute here.

I was wondering what kind of format to subit it in and if there were any guidelines to follow

a couple of other questions
-I'm starting the draft in notepad, can I submit an HTML?
-if so,can I use some javascript in it(make it a little interactive)?
-can I reference URL's to forum theads that learnt from(I'd assume so)?
-can I do a little self promoting of projects I'm working on?

Yes, yes, yes, yes.

Javascript is not a problem, just make sure to keep it to a minimum. I don't want it slowing down page loads to a major extent or anything like that.

Two more days to deadline! If anyone else has anything else to offer, you have two more days.
