I can't run this program because I don't have my own internet acess, and where I have it I don't have access to a programming language. What does it do?

just glancing at the code it appears to spit out 40 lines of random letters and spaces.
the real question is what's the OP's question? are they asking us to simplify the code?

program output looks like a substitution code. send output to the NSA at Fort Meade and have them run in circles trying to crack it

Sorry Coma, but he did the same crap at the QBNews site previously.
In one thread he later removed all of his code that several people, including me, were trying to help him with.
