Hey Guys, how can i make a forum? im planning to create a complex site.. so.... i thought about a forum, any idea on with what web language i should make it. thanks in advance. :)

I tried your link and the first thing said about Qbasic is wrong!
QuickBasic

first, note that Qbasic is short for QuickBasic.
Qbasic.exe is a 2 file version without a compiler. QuickBasic has multiple files and a compiler.

Qbasic was meant as an introduction to Basic programming and was included in Windows 95. I don't recall it being on the Win 98SE disk.

QuickBasic 4.5 actually came out before Qbasic.
