Need a Software Engineer with QuickBASIC

Post by JasonS »

Hello,

I'm Jason and I'm a recruiter in Southern California.

I am looking for a software engineer that has QuickBASIC (Although I'm thinking QBasic might also work.)

If you have this background, are near Huntington Beach, and would like a 3 month contract; please contact me.

Also, I would like to extend my gratitude to Pete for letting me post my request to your forum. I was really banging my head against the wall trying to find someone.

Thanks,
Jason

What kind of abilities do you need? What kind of stuff are you working on?

Why couldn't this be done over the internet?

Thanks for the reply.

The client wants a Software Engineer to create and maintain programs in VB.Net, SQL, and QuickBASIC, (C# is a plus)

They also want someone who can design, code, debug, and test programs in various software languages.

I will have to check on the possibility of doing it remotely. To be honest I have been banging my head against this so long that I'm cross-eyed and didn't even think about that.

Thanks again,
J.

I am currently working on a project but as soon as I have time to spare I would be willing to see how this would work. If you want to hire me that would be fine but as I said, if you do then send me a personal message with details and as soon as I have a chance away from my project I'll message you back.

Hello,

Thank you very much for the reply...but the job has now been filled. The client ended up giving up on the qbasic requirement since it was almost impossible to find someone who had all the requirements they wanted.

I will let you know if anything else comes up.

Take care,
Jason
