Google Chrome Browser shutdown error in Windows 7

Seems that Chrome doesn't want to run properly when left running for hours at a time.

A Windows 7 box comes up looking for a solution which it never seems to find... GO FIGURE...

I tried re-installing over top of the existing setup without any luck.

Web connection and network seem to be working fine!

A site suggested closing down running Extensions so I am trying that now. So far it seems to run OK.

In Settings, choose the Extensions page and uncheck the Enable boxes of all of them:

After Chrome ran OK all night, I added the first extension back to the Enabled list to test how it runs.

Some of the Extensions listed were never added by me! I may get rid of ones like Groupon!

Apparently something else was wrong as 2 extensions seemed to cause the problem, but eventually Chrome had the same problem with both disabled.

When I ran MalwareBytes anti-malware I found a bad Registry KEY (toward bottom):

I just quarantined it so far.
