Debugging in FreeBasic

I've been trying to set up RQ Debugger, but haven't had much success. I was just curious, for those of you that use FreeBasic, how do you debug? I'd love to be able to use something similar to the qbasic interpreter.

Even just a link to information on the FreeBasic forums or any other helpful site would be great. Thanks!

Mystic Shadows has a project that emulates the QB interperter, but it's still in development.

Thanks

Yeah, I was looking at that. Can't wait to see it when he's done. In the mean time, I searched the FreeBasic.net forums and found info about a GUI debugger for FB called Insight. (See http://streetcds.co.uk/insight.html) Seems to be doing what I need for now.

Looks like it needs to be compiled

:(

I am looking for a windows GUI Front End for the GDB debugger for freebasic.

I checked out the insight web site. It sounds like it needs to be compiled.

I checked out the download and it is a 20 MB download.

Anything that is a 20 MB download is way too bulky and big for a front end !

Anyone else have experience on using this front end in windows.
