I just started this whole QB thing. I need to know, how do I even run a game?

you need to do the following steps to execute a program in QBasic.

1. Load it the QBasic IDE
2. Select the File menu where you'll notice the "Open" option.
3. Once in Open, you'll see files (bottom left) and folders (bottom right) in the window that appears...go to the folder where the game was saved, and you'll see the name of the .bas module in the llist of files on the left.
4. go to the list of files and select the file you want to execute. Press Enter.
5. once the program is loaded, hit the F5 key (or select the Run menu then the Start Option in that menu.

And voila, the game should start to execute.

Hope this helps, and welcome aboard the World Of QBasic and family.

when you get a list of .bas files you should be able to select one of them with the mouse or with the keyboard...then you click the ok button and the file should get loaded
