It's 17:53 in LA now.
Right.
You prolly meant 23:99 at LA location.
So it didn't pay off to me staying up this long.
Ok, I'm always up this long.
Oh wait, you said it "should" come out.

Hi Pete.
No pressure from here but you got any idea when you might have time to release next issue? Also, did you get my email?
We push release of PCopy for a while so we dont release them in same day or something.
Would also be nice to read next QBE before our firstborn gets out of my girlfriend lol.

ya know... just like we all said last year, and the year before... i wish qbe had multiple editors instead of relying on one person to edit it. perhaps then it would feel really community driven. it sucks when a bunch of people come out to support, but there work cant be seen because of one single point failure. dont get me wrong pete, you do a phenomenal service. but as we've all said a hundred times, please get some backup editors for when you decide to disappear off the face of the planet. as much as id love to take all the glory from my projects, i know that they'd never be anywhere as good if it wernt for my collaborators.

I think the questions goes far deeper than a simple "who's gonna release QB Express next?" QB Express with it's ideal of a magazine for the community by the community has made itself a heavy mark in all of our pasts and present. I think that if we would turn the questions towards you and your projects. I would ask you this question instead. "Who would you trust to release your future projects or future enhancements to your projects (your most precious that is of course) and be assured that whatever they release, without your cooperation in any way (not one line of code, not one documentation, not one idea even), would live up to what you've made your projects so far.
Anyone can release an ezine, even maybe manage to put some interesting contents make it something enjoyable, but who would he choose to keep QB Express exactly what it is or better? A question of legacy, reputation (non withstanding some of the spelling comments
) etc etc...So yeah I would think it's more than a simple "who's gonna release the next one?"
