Useful palette lookup tool (online)

I find myself often looking for a color in QB, (or to emulate QB with other languages) and instead of having to trial-and-error my way through this task, I made this little utility.

I'm sharing it here with everyone so that if you are ever having the same issue I had, you can easily get a solution.
