ICON CREATION

Is it possible to create one's own icon to start an execute file or a DOS file
for instance from PAINT or a bitmap?

I think that u have to create a file with the extension .ICO but i dont know how to change it... look in past forums for it, i asked this same question like one week ago

A few days ago, Plasma demonstrated how it could be done. It's exceptionally "hacky" but it works regardless.
