(I'm not gonna bother listing the things that I'm "waiting on" anymore, since I haven't really kept track of them lately, plus I will invariably forget some articles, and then list articles people no longer plan on writing.)
So... get to work! Ten days until the next issue, and I barely have anything yet! If you've got any questions or comments, you can PM me or email me.

ok. now you have one more article. I have a game in the works that I started about 3 years ago and finally found on an old floppy. It might be ready for the qb 11 but we'll see.
EDIT: hmm, i missed my name well, i did at least send you a revised edition of what you already have. :\
Do you think an article on time-based motion would be helpful? I could write it up in a day, easily, but it wouldn't be until next weekend probably. (Or Thursday.)
If you need music composed in MP3, WAV, or MIDI format, please contact me via email.

Nah, I added your article after you sent it to me.

Sounds great! I'd love to run it if you have the time to write it. If you can't get it done for Issue #10, you can submit it for Issue #11.
Well, I was just thinking of what I could contribute that hasn't already been done, and time-based motion is something a lot of game programmers SHOULD be using but aren't. It's a lot easier with FB than it was with QB, mostly because you can have high-precision timing without loading in extra stuff(because TIMER in FB is more precise than in QB).

Yeah, i would love to see that. I have my own ways to do that but it would certainly be great to see some other ways...mine is like a "hard" way
I might write a small article on hacking so webmasters can protecy themselves.
Btw, I am eventually going to hack into petesqbsite.com and qbasicnews.com and tell them about the security holes since the qmunnity is suffering majorly due to hacking.
Could I, if you like, for the next (not this one), write a short piece about qbinux and some source? Just to get some ppl to help along the way, maybe making it THE quickbasic gui??
Everyone -- there's been a serious lack of submissions so far for Issue #10.
I know this issue is coming only half a month after the last one -- but that doesn't mean it has to be so lacking. If you're at all interested in writing, DO IT.
