I got a new computer...

my friends dad gave me a new coputer cuz he didnt want it so yay, but that leaves me with 2 old laptops (one with wireless internet access) just lying around and I wanna do something with them. Also, the wireless net doesnt go very far at all.

Uhh... its a laptop and a computer... you cant really do that... and I said without killing it!

Istall the units into a car, then computerize the whole thing.... Then make a car like Herbie or something,. just don't let it drive itself.. :roll:

:lol: Edit: Better, an Ecpector Gadget car,. REALLY better, James Bond car.. :D

Do your parents have a car? :roll: .... As long as they don't use the glove-box you might get away with it for awhile.... :lol: ....

Just try and find this book called "Hack your Car",. Really cool, and if that's the one I remeber, then it shows you how to mount all that stuff (You need to build a special shock-asorbing case, etc..).... Good research until you get a car.. =) ..

Yeah, but they think I will make it die or something... and they do use the glove box. I should just focus on hacking the TV we have in there...

Personally I'd gadgetize my room if I did not have a car to do it to, lol. Dunno exacly how, but a webcam would be just the start :P

There is a book called "Hack my House" like that one,.. But I just looked at the car one.. =) .. lol..
