Does it exist a program for star navigation to plot position in sea?

fter a few searches, I haven't been able to find any software on Celestial Navigation of any kind. There is alot of reference however, it might be a very interesting project to create one .

Why is this in QB Q&A? Isn't this about... finding your position in the sea? A map or something? HUH?

I'm assuming she would like to know if there's a QB/FB project that does celestian positioning. ....which is why I sent her the link I did..
