First Impression Really cool! It doesn't look that good the first time you run it, but soon you find that, despite it's boring screen and background, it's very good!
What It's Like An animated enemy editor with many features! Cool! Each enemy is a "slideshow" with tiles and different sets of tiles for each case of the enemy's attack! Good, useful features and many other neat stuff!
Other things you should know: Many features, this program saves files as a whole bunch of BSAVEs in a directory, and is very practical and efficient.

The rating

Menu/Layout Not too pretty, but it works! The background is plain black, with few features, mainly that when your mouse floats over a choice in a menu, it changes red. No flicker!
****
Usage Point, click, type file names. Every graphics editor in the world uses this method (some have keyboard shortcuts, but they use mice (heh) too.
*****
Flexibility/Features MANY, MUCH! You can use this for enemies from everything from a side scroller to an RPG! The only thing I don't like is that you can't resize the tile. It has to be 100*100, but very good job!
****
Usability BLOAD evertile in the folder that it saves in. A strain on array space, but pretty simple.
*****
Overall Impression Neato! Look at that blur routine and the zooming and flipping works great! Good palette, good layout, very useful! One of the best tile editors I have seen!
