I don't know if anyone is still coming here, but I wanted to take a moment and highlight a recent blog. Frantick Freebasic has a really nice set of beginner friendly tutorials. Show Frantick some love for all his hard work, please.
I had to update the CMS software the site uses and as a result, I lost the comment plugin (it is not updated for this version). The site is otherwise intact.
