NeoBASIC Strengthens Ties
With China by Anonymous QBI Employee
In a formal
announcement today, NeoBASIC coordinator Marcade confirmed suspicions that
attempts to repair diplomatic relations between China and NeoBASIC have
been successful. In August of 2000, while NeoBASIC was extending its
empire, several violent skirmishes broke out on China's borders. China
responded by dissolving all relations with NeoBASIC, but the economic
impact on China was profound. Last month China sought out Marcade pleading
to establish a trade agreement, and he consented. After negotiations,
Marcade allegedly mentioned covert military cooperation with China, and
has announced his intention to cease trade with the United States. "We are
very happy to work with China," a NeoBASIC spokesman said. Others are
skeptical at this point. |
